This house is designed as a personalization of the hobbies and interests of the home owner. The home owner is a husband and wife in which the husband has a big interest in Vespa motorbikes, while his wife is very fond of dogs. Apart from their hobbies, the couple also has a great interest in open space.

This house is located on the edge of the river and makes it the main view of this house. The condition of the site which is increasingly sloping towards the river affects the house design to follow the contours of the land. The mass of the building in this house is divided into two with a large open garden in the middle. Creating an open garden in the center as a vista guide towards the river at the back of the site. There is a floating bridge feature that connects the two building masses. This bridge is designed to float so that the view towards the river is not disturbed.

As a residential building that personalize the home owner’s interests, this house has a special room for a Vespa motor showroom, and a vista space which has a direct view of the river. This building also has several green corners that function as a play area for the owner’s dogs.
