Dense population in Jakarta made house on land was something very expensive to afford for some of its resident. Idea of make temporary building as house on rooftop, seems very agreeable, to solve the problem. We used tropical material and architectural design, such as roster, for its façade to make this pavilion contextually matched its surrounding and weather. Overhanging roof to keep the pavilion from rainy day. Void and crossed ventilation to make better air circulation. Backyard rooftop as a private healing place. All the unity of the design was none other to make the pavilion a healthy residence to return from busy and stressful work life in Jakarta.
